OUR PROCESS

Building Strong Customer Relationships from Day One for Years to Come

What's the process?

From intake and estimating to job completion and online payment. Here's a little of what you can expect to see.

  1. McCray’s always provide an estimate for repair prior to scheduling the work. This may be done virtually or in person depending on the job request.     
     

  2. Estimates may take 2-4 days (possibly longer), depending on the size of job and materials required. 
     

  3. Once estimates are completed, a text will go out to you indicating that your estimate has been completed.   At that point you should find the estimate in your email.
     

  4. Review the estimate and our terms and conditions.
     

  5. If you have any questions, please call 916.258.1290.  If you are ready to move forward, please select APPROVE. This will automatically place your job into our scheduling queue.  If a deposit is required prior to scheduling, an invoice will be emailed over requesting payment.
     

  6. A team member should reach out within 24-48 hours to schedule.
     

  7. If by chance you do not receive the expected call to schedule, please call the office to ensure technology has not failed us!
