Warren Rex-McCray
Lead Foreman & Technician (The Handyman)
Warren Rex-McCray is the lead foreman & technician. He was born and raised in West Sacramento on Elder Drive and has raised his own family in the same neighborhood. Warren graduated from RiverCity High School in 1993. Warren is a jack of all trades. He worked over 10 years for North Star Plumbing, plumbing new homes from the ground up and maintaining homes for warranty.
Warren has worked doing handyman work going on 30 years making life easier for many property owners, businesses, and property management companies. In 2023 he passed the testing and obtained a contractor’s license for his GENERAL B through the CSLB (California State Licensing Board).

Amir Griffin
Technician
Amir joined our team in January 2025. He grew up in Sacramento and attended and McClatchy High School, graduating in 2017. Amir is a U.S. Army Veteran and is currently a reservist. Amir welcomed his first baby in December 2024. He is family-oriented and friendly. In his spare time, Amir enjoys team-based activities and keeps a healthy, fit lifestyle at the gym.
Amir graduated from UEI college for electrical. Amir has a strong work ethic and is always eager to learn more in the trades. Electrical, plumbing, carpentry are just some of his skills.

Jennifer McCray
Office Manager
Jennifer manages the office, her duties include but are not limited to estimates, phones, job scheduling, parts ordering, permits, accounting, human resources, payroll & in office child care. She was born and raised in Orange County, CA, and made West Sacramento her home in 2005. Together her and Warren have two sons (William & Mason), a daughter by heart (Crystal) and proud grandparents of Four!
Jennifer has a background in sales, marketing, and customer service. She started her career in machine tools sales and later transitioned into pharmaceutical sales. In 2006 she took a sales position for a popular business and success coach and later delivered the business coaching herself. That experience led her and Warren to seek out the possibilities of becoming self-employed. She has been apart of many successful ventures. She and Warren co-founded McCray’s Handyman in 2009. She has been managing the office full time since 2017.

Crystal Powers
Administrative Assistant
Crystal joined the team as an administrative assistant to Jennifer in November 2023 and started helping out in the field with the technicians in November 2024. She enjoys working hands at a variety of different tasks as well as enjoying the routine and creative work she does in the office. Crystal grew up and attened school here in West Sacramento, She graduated from River City High School in 2010. Crystal is a creative and hard-working mother of two with many different hobbies.
