The Many Ways Irrigation Systems Fail
With Summer arriving this month, it is time to ensure that your irrigation system is intact and not in line to raise your water bill. So many conditions and situations cause an irrigation system to fail and require repair.

Brightening Up: A Kitchen Lighting Makeover
A local homeowner had grown increasingly frustrated with her outdated kitchen lighting. The space was lit by a large boxed fluorescent fixture, complete with aging plastic panels that dulled the light and cast an uninviting glow. The outdated setup made the kitchen feel dim and closed-in — far from the bright, welcoming space she wanted.
