Customer reached out for home repairs after water intrusion caused damage to the area in and around her back patio door.
On our first visit to provide a FREE estimate, Warren of McCray and Sons Home Services sought to understand the problem which was causing water to enter the home. Upon inspecting the slider patio door, he found the seal/caulking to be damaged and making a way for water to intrude.

The first step in this resolution was to reseal the door to ensure once the repairs were fixed, additional damage was not to occur. McCray and Sons Home Services Provided an estimate for the exterior repair, the estimate was accepted, and the work was scheduled.
Once the problem had been resolved the technician went on to assess the damage from the water intrusion.
Over time the water intrusion caused several issues. The molding on the top interior of the patio slider door had warped, Part of the interior trim had rotted out near the bottom left-hand corner of the door, 3 tiles in the flooring had cracked, drywall repairs and touch up paint was also needed. These were all projects we felt comfortable taking on.
McCray’s worked up an estimate, sent it off for approval and was quickly called back to remediate the damage caused.
Replaced Top door trim, cut out dry rotted left corner trim, removed (3) cracked tiles, set new tiles and grouted in. Touched up damaged drywall and painted. Leaving the door in good as new condition.
