We’re proud to share some exciting news with our community: Mason and Warren of McCray & Sons Home Services have each earned official Certificates of Completion from Navien, covering Level 2 and Level 3 training in installation, operation, and service of Navien tankless water heaters. These certificates, issued and dated August 6, 2025, reflect their dedication to mastering the latest technology and ensuring our customers get the very best service available.
Our Training Journey
This achievement didn’t happen overnight. In July, we hosted Repcor representative Colby right here in West Sacramento, who led our team through Level 1 training. That first step provided us with a strong foundation in Navien installation and operational practices.
From there, Mason and Warren traveled to Navien’s training headquarters in Irvine, California, where they completed two full days of hands-on training for Level 2 and Level 3 certifications. This advanced training covered everything from tearing down the units for maintenance to installing them in real-world scenarios. The experience gave our team the confidence to not only install but also repair and maintain Navien’s tankless systems at the highest level.
