• Additional charges may  apply for:

• Stackable washer/dryer units or dryers requiring partial disassembly or advanced access
  ($50 service upcharge)

• Roof-vented systems, long or complex vent runs, concealed vents, or vents with heavy buildup

• Damaged, disconnected, or improperly installed venting

• Repairs, rerouting, exterior vent replacements, or code-related corrections
