Sun & Soil Health Company was established to be a clear path to build and maintain health in a fast paced world.

Technology has advanced significantly in recent decades but maintaining health has become more difficult. People are inundated with foodlike products with alleged "health" benefits despite inclusion of chemicals, added sugars, corn syrups, dyes, binders, and more. A chronic diet of these products often leads to failing health resulting in pharmacologic or medical intervention. Healthcare systems attempt to fix badly broken bodies but were not designed to build healthy ones. This is a void we want to fill.

They believe real, raw, clean food is essential to building health and have worked hard to create a complete lineup to nourish your body. Whether enjoying in their cafes, at home, or on the go, they want to make healthy food that tastes great easier. They offer fitness classes in person or remote to stay active to maintain a healthy metabolism. They offer breathwork and meditation to help manage stress. And they offer an array of seminars from nutrition to wellness, stress management, sleep and more.

In 2024, they rolled out a comprehensive Health Program to help jumpstart or turnaround one's health. This program will help individuals better understand their own metabolism and how food, exercise, sleep, and stress can impact it. Their goal is to help people achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle that fits their goals.
